The project located in an ex industrial context, between tho axis, one to connect Turin and Collegno, the other one, the new axis in project. These, and Thales Factory as well, are barriers wich is impossible to cross.

Creation of pedestrian commercial area, along an axis wich connect an existing residential area with the new centre of area and metro station.

The park is used as gradient between industrial area and residential area, and as a good point of view for a future re-generation.

The urban building texture is different for every destination, and it became less dens near park.

In smaller scale, the project purpose a sensible design for cohousing and for socialhousing, using a new and innovating apporach that wants investigate and resolve issues on this suburban metropolitan area.
